First of all I booked a trip for my birthday. The staff knocked on my door on the day and presented me with a cake, bottle of wine with a lovely card, that was such a small sweet thing to do which they didn’t have to. The hotel itself is fabulous, the rooms are spacious with a big telly and an unreal shower. The Ac in the room works really well. Rooftop pool is great with loads of sun lounges. It was a tiny bit noisy but that’s because our neighbors were blaring the speaker at 11pm. Location was fantastic right around the corner from Paceville with loads of shops around and a beach down the road. Ps - the sunset from 9th floor is gorgeous.

The staff were outstanding - the degree of personalized customer service was exceptional! The hotel in general and the room was impeccably clean, quiet, friendly and welcoming. The amenities were first class, from the pools, gym, lounge, bathrobes, etc, and all provided for a complete and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, with a view, easy access to cafes, restaurants, bus stops, shopping, etc. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed in Malta for a short weekend stay. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The reception area was small but inviting. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is located near the busy nightlife of Paceville but the hotel itself is hidden away on a quiet street. Didn’t manage to go in the indoor pool as I forgot to bring swimming shorts with me, but from what I saw it looked very luxurious.

The hotel is lovely and new, The rooms are a great size and the beds and bedding are super comfortable. The hotel staff were lovely and left a special gift for my husband - who's birthday we were celebrating. The pool area on the top is fantastic and there is a bar service available to the loungers. There was cold water and ice available in the hallway on each floor. Our room had a mini fridge, nespresso machine and a selection of teas.

We liked everything! The facility, staff, restaurant, room, location - beyond our expectation. Everything was clean, the breakfast was amazing, fresh and there was a lot of food to choose from. Rooms were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was amazing, the bus station is 3mins of walking, as well as the nearest supermarket (if needed).
